Originally hailing from Wyoming, our journey led us to Albuquerque where we quickly became embraced by the local community. In September 2019, we underwent a transformative rebranding, evolving into Sunnyside Up. This rebranding allowed us to seamlessly blend our roots with the rich culture and distinctive flavors of New Mexico, resulting in a culinary experience that transcends traditional American cuisine.

At Sunnyside Up, we take great pride in using only the freshest ingredients available. Our commitment to sourcing eggs produce, and meats with pride ensures that every dish we serve is made with high-quality ingredients. Our chefs and kitchen staff are dedicated to creating delicious meals from scratch daily.
