At Yoga 4/1, located at 10200 Golf Course Rd NW, Suite B, Albuquerque, NM 87114, we are dedicated to offering a holistic approach to wellness that nurtures both body and spirit. Our studio provides a variety of classes tailored to meet diverse needs, including Holy Yoga, meditation, slow stretchy sessions, cardio/strength workouts, Hatha yoga, and private sessions. We believe in creating an inclusive environment where individuals of all body types and fitness levels can experience personal growth, acceptance, and love through an authentic community.

Our mission is to move for an Audience of One, honoring the Lord in all that we do. We offer specialized classes such as Holy Yoga, which blends yoga movement with Christian devotion, providing a unique experience that nurtures both physical health and spiritual growth. Additionally, our Beginners Chair Yoga class empowers participants to move with confidence, focusing on creating the best movements for their bodies. We also provide opportunities for individuals to deepen their practice and share the spiritual discipline of yoga with others through our Holy Yoga Instructor Training program.
