Our primary focus is on customer service. We work first and foremost in the best interest of our clients. Home purchases and sales are lifetime milestones and important investments and we strive to keep open and continuous communication with our clients throughout the process. We provide a personalized approach to working with our clients so that they are informed and in the driver seat of their transaction while also providing creative solutions to problems and obstacles that arise. We want the process to be as seamless and stress free as possible.
By working in an honest and ethical way, and by being available and responsive we believe that the result is happy and satisfied clients. Those satisfied clients will hopefully tell their friends and family about us and also come back to us for their next purchase or sale. This is the framework for how we build our business.
We believe in building relationships and that a successful transaction requires teamwork with all parties involved. This includes us being in constant communication with other Realtors, the title company, and mortgage lenders throughout each transaction.
Your Hometown Team has notable experience with both home buyers and sellers, we do not specialize in just one area but instead actively work in both. We enjoy working with all of our clients whether they are selling a luxury custom home, doing a flip (remodel), a first time homebuyer, or anybody that is interested in real estate investing. We enjoy servicing not only the albuquerque area but also Rio Rancho, Los Lunas, and the East Mountain area. We are also looking to expand to the Santa Fe market.
Your Hometown Team is always staying on top of industry changes by training on new technology and keeping up to date with trends in our market and surrounding markets. When Jonathan first started Real Estate, print advertising was the way to go. Now with all the apps and internet based search engines we find that an online presence is necessary and beneficial. We see more positive changes coming to the Albuquerque market that should help us remain a strong sustainable market!
When you work with Your Hometown Team, you truly get Jonathan or Andrea. We personally handle all of our transactions without the use of a coordinator or assistant. One thing that we do is talk resale values and strategy when our clients are buying a house. A lot of Realtors just want to make a quick sale. We are in this for the long haul so we really want our clients to understand the pros and cons of each home. We can not predict exactly what the market will do but we can try to set our clients up to be as successful as possible by discussing these things upfront. We are available and responsive and work quickly to keep our deals moving forward smoothly.
This year we sponsored the Galloping Grace Youth Ranch Pumpkin Patch. Andrea is a Community Volunteer with United Way was a part of 2018’s Grant Panel and Campaign Cabinet. She is also a member of the Hispano Philanthropic Society’s Council. We also sponsor numerous youth and High school sports/activities.
This year our focus has been on business development. As part of forming our team, we have enjoyed coming up with our team name and logo and deploying a big marketing campaign to continue to increase brand awareness. We were asked to be members of the prestigious Elite 25 Realtors and as part of that enjoy being a part of Lobo athletics. We have helped 48 families buy and sell their homes so far this year alone!
We have partnered with one of our preferred lenders to create a program where we provide incentives for employers to provide to their employees as they buy or sell a home. We are just kicking this program off and are excited to partner with small businesses who care about their employees and are interested in offering cost free incentives to their employees that go beyond the normal benefits packages. We are actively seeking out small businesses to participate in this exciting new and easy program.
