Kelly Fajardo is a lobbyist and government relations expert with over 10 years of experience in the New Mexico Legislature. She founded The Fajardo Group, LLC in 2023 to leverage her extensive knowledge and network of government officials, corporate leaders, and party members across the aisle to advocate for positive change in the state of New Mexico. She specializes in policy writing, strategic communications, and marketing communications, and has a track record of delivering support, funding, and infrastructure for various causes and projects.

As the founder and president of The Fajardo Group, LLC, Kelly Fajardo is passionate about educating government officials, examining legislation, and working to secure a more promising future for the people of New Mexico. She has been recognized by several organizations for her work with children, capital outlay reform, transparency, and accountability in state government. She also formed Rise New Mexico, a bipartisan non-profit dedicated to empowering women to become more engaged with policy-making at all levels of government. She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Grand Canyon University and an associate's degree in legal assistant/paralegal from Albuquerque Technical Vocational Institute. She is also a certified campaign manager and a licensed real estate broker.
